This is a question from one of our members trying to use the calendar. Can you help please?

Just to let you know that I at least find the download dates system does not function - it may be something in my own setup or pc, but basically I keep getting the message that it cannot find whatever it needs to find... I have done this kind of thing before for other calendars, so I suspect the fault may be with WS rather than me or my pc.

Hi Hilary,
I hope we can help. Unfortunately I'm not sure what "download dates system" refers to. There is a way to download events as .ics files from your published calendar. You can read about that here: Download event info

If that is not what the person is trying to do, could you find out what exactly the member is trying to do and how he or she is doing it (i.e., what feature is the member trying to use to do what he/she wants to do)?

Thanks Jill, I will send him this information and let you know how we get on. Obviously, I will ask for more specific if this does not fix the problem.
