Hi everyone,
Our support team has had some reports of this over the past few days, and we're currently investigating, but I'll post what we know in case it helps anyone.

Issue
When you go to the Trumba sign-in page, enter your email and password and click Sign In, a blank sign-in page is returned. If you have the "remember me" box checked, and if you close your browser, re-open it, and navigate to www.trumba.com, your calendar page will be displayed. But otherwise, it looks to you as if you're unable to sign in.

Resolution
You can resolve the issue quickly by clearing your browser's cache, closing your browser windows, restarting the browser, and then going to the Trumba sign-in page and signing in as you would normally.

To clear your browser cache
• In Firefox you can choose Tools > Clear Private Data.
• In IE 7, you can choose Tools > Delete Browsing History.
If your browser doesn't have this choice, you can access the appropriate settings through the Tools > Options (or Internet Options) menu.

If you have created a bookmark for the sign-in page, you will need to delete and recreate it after you clear the cache.

We think this happens only if you have bookmarked the sign in page and use the bookmark to display the page (but we don't know for sure). So far it doesn't seem to be related to a specific browser. We'll post updates if we find out more and are sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime.
