Repeating Entries

I am not sure why but some of my calendar entries are repeating in Trumba and I am afraid to sync to Outlook with them repeating.

Can this be fixed? Is there something I did?

Hi Rich,
Do you have the calendar that has the repeating events set up to sync with Outlook right now? Have you been syncing this whole time until you noticed the duplication? If so, have you synched your Trumba calendar with different Outlook clients at all, for example, one at work and one at home? Or synched with Trumba, then used another sync program to sync Outlook with something else, like a PDA? Or can you think of anything else that's changed on your computer, such as installing a new Outlook utility or using different Outlook profiles, or anything else?

Also, could you confirm that it's the same event duplicating at the same date/time, or is there some recurrence pattern, for example, it appears on every day at the same time or every week, etc.

If you are ok with it, I could take a look at the calendar in your account to see if I can figure out what's going on (I can do this on a test server, so it would just be a copy of the live database you're using). It might be faster to do this, but if you'd rather I didn't, I can just keep asking questions til we get to the bottom of it. Either way is fine with me!
