Customer support? Humm...
We had an old ical backup and rebuilt the calendar. It turns out one of our calendar editors deleted it while trying to hide (close) it from the main view. So, why not have a back-up solution? How about a trash-bin approach where items expire after decomposing there for a few days, while others on the top can be fished out (in the case of a mistake).

Hi Niskypto,
Have you already successfully recreated the top-level calendar? Are you still in need of assistance?
We will look into what our options might be in regards to back-up data. We currently expect people to export their event data regularly as part of the back up process, but I hear you about having some type of interim trash bin for deleted calendars. I'll look into your suggestion.
Regards,
Nancy / Trumba Support
p.s. In the case of a pressing issue such as a calendar gone missing in the future, you might also consider sending email to support at corp.trumba.com.
