Hi there

I have set the time Zone for WOWKAL to GMT + 9 as we recently had daylight saving time implemented here. (and its caused many IT headache)

I need to change it back to +8. When I tried this, all our appointments shifted.

Please advise on a way for me to change the time zone without affecting the times on the appointments.

Hi Kevin,

Whenever you change the time zone setting for a calendar, you can't stop it from affecting the events on the calendar. But we can offer you a workaround to fix the times of events whatever time zone setting you end up using.

To shift the time of multiple events

• In your Trumba editing environment, display your calendar in List view, and then select all the events you want to adjust.
  
• At the top of the calendar, from the drop-down list, select Shift time by, and then enter the number of hours. If you need to make event times earlier, use negative numbers.
