I would like to be able to embed my calendar on multiple websites. I'm sure I've seen a post regarding this, but now I can't find it! The FAQ "Can I publish the same spud on multiple web pages with different settings or styles?" seems to permit this, but I'm also interested in controls so that I can discontinue publishing on other sites at my option (without the website owner still having access to my spud).

- Interests:I started Soleil's To-Dos in 2000, following a 1 1/2 year stint at a large law firm. No time for a social life, but received info about events; I either forgot about it or didn't attend b/c I didn't have enough info. After leaving, I decided to share information I received with friends & family, and to include as much info about the events as I could. Stuff that "I" would want to know before attending an event. I started using Word docs, but that had its limitations. I knew the direction I wanted to go in & hired a website designer who used way too many manual elements. I fired him & set off to find the perfect calendar. I've got no html or design experience, but I've tried to create the skeleton of my dream website. When I ultimately hire a designer to finish it off, I know that designer will have to at least surpass the bones that I've established, with my rookie self! Take a look at my site, and if you know of a creative designer, I'd appreciate the referral!

Hi Soleil,
You can embed your calendar on multiple websites, either by giving those websites the same spud code (for the same settings and styles) or by creating multiple copies of the same spud, configuring each copy differently, and then giving other websites the appropiate spud code.
It's very easy to create multiple copies of the same spud, you just keep picking that spud in the Add a Promotion Spud setup process. Here is a link to the help topic that describes this functionality: Can I publish the same spud on multiple web pages with different settings or styles?
If you want to be able to stop those websites from showing your calendar spud at a later date, once the spud code is out there on a page, there's no way to automatically turn it off from within Trumba.
Other than asking the website admin to remove the spud code (the best approach), the only way to stop it from showing your calendar information would be to change your spud in some way that would result in the other website's code breaking. For example, you might unpublish the calendar referred to in the spud code and then republish it with a different web name. I wouldn't really recommend doing this though because it would also break other things like calendar feeds and subscriptions to your calendar.
