I have added a date finder spud to our website and customised the colours and it works fine. The only problem is that the actual date, that is today's date, shows as a pale pink against a white background for days of the week. Is it possible to edit this colour to a colour that stands out better like say a yellow? I have looked at the edit facilities and i cannot see how this might be done.

Hi stmaryswallasey,
I'm sorry that we're making you work to find this setting! You can change the text colors in the Date Finders style settings, as you probably figured out. However, to change the "today" background color for the Date Finder, you go to the global style settings page. This setting also affects main calendar views that have the current date highlighted, such as the Month view.

To change the "today" background color
  • On the Publish Settings tab of your publishing control panel, click the Edit Styles & Icons button.
  • On the Styles tab, under Base Page Settings, edit the Base today background color.
I hope that helps.

Thanks for your help Jill. Yes that works fine. I have changed the day colour to yellow which works much better on our calendar colours. It is now easily visible.
