I'm on a MAC using OS 10.4.11 (Tiger) with Safari (3.1) as the browser. When I'm in the administrative calendar and use the blue "print" button to print the calendar, everything comes out fine- full size as it always has. However, when I (or anybody else in my office) visits the published calendar and follows the print link in the top right of the calendar, everything prints small. Instead of the calendar grid and all associated events taking up the entire page, they only fill about 1/4 of the sheet (the "Northwest" quadrant of the page in Landscape view). We only ever need to print a month view, so I'm not sure how this works in other views (nor does it really matter).
Again, my browser or print settings do not change. I am simply going from my Admin screen to the published calendar and experiencing this problem. Help!
Printing Everything Small

Hi Heath,
Do you get the same results if you use the browser print options?

By Browser Print Settings, I'm assuming you're talking about going to File-Print in the browser without clicking on the Trumba Print buttons? When I do that, the calendar does not fully fit the page, and I'm not able to scale down for some reason in Safari. This way also prints everything on the left of the screen that we don't need printed (company logo, mini-calendar, list of mixed in calendars), cropping half of the week off of the right hand side.
The way that has always worked is to click on the "Print" icon in the top right corner of my published Trumba calendar. This opens a new window in Safari with a cleaner version of our calendar (no additional margin info as noted above). From here, I still must hit File-Print to send the document to the printer. This just randomly stopped working a month ago or so.
Everything in my print options (the pull-down menu that appears after I hit File-Print) seems normal, and I don't have this problem printing from any other web site or when printing from my admin screen in Trumba (using the blue print button in Trumba). Any thoughts?
