We got an email confirmation showing that 3 people signed up for one of our events but they are not showing up in the final registration spreadsheet. Any ideas what might have caused this?

What may have happened is that one person may have signed up all three individuals using the same email address. When a person signs up for an event, each sign-up needs to have a unique email address as the registration is tied to an email address. Please send me an email at support@corp.trumba.com and let me know the date/event title and I can research this more for you
