I am a web developer with a non-profit org as a client. They have expressed an interest in an online calendar.
Do you have any scenarios setup like you offer teachers, whereby the Org admin can set events and meetings for an unlimited audience?

Hi xziler8,
Welcome to the Trumba Support Forum.
The current product we offer is a $39.95 annual subscription to an online calendar service that allows non-profits, churches, schools, anyone to publish a calendar of events for the general public. (We do have a promotion going on to help schools publish school calendars, but the feature set available to schools is the same as what you can evaluate using our free trial.)
You can check out some of the calendars published by spiritual organizations at http://www.trumba.com/calendars to get a feel for how some groups with a lot of events intended for the general public are using Trumba OneCalendar.
Our free trial version is full featured, so if you haven't already, perhaps signing up for a free trial at www.trumba.com would be a good investment of your time.
If you think you might have several people editing a single calendar, it is good to designate one account as the master/admin account that you use to create and publish calendars. Then, depending on actual usage and budget, you can determine whether to share out calendars for editing.
Hope this helps. Thanks for your interest in Trumba OneCalendar.

I want to understand better the $39.95 annual subscription for churches and other non-profits. Does this allow for several editors at this price rather than requiring a subscription for each editor? Does this calendar differ from the free trial calendar in any way? One master/admin editor is usually a good idea, but that person is normally not the person who takes care of a website. What is the cost for an individual subscription and how is it different than the non-profit subscription?

Hi Lois,
For some reason I am not able to reply to your specific message, but I am replying on the thread, so I hope you will see this message.
At the moment, we have just one product. To get a single annual subscription you will have to pay $39.95.
You can create and publish calendars with this account that are intended for the public. This account can have a number of calendars.
Should you wish to have a second or third person edit the calendar data, you can do so with just one account. We recommend not having more than one person signed in at the same time to make edits. And many people find an easy way to work this out in an office or group setting.
If you see two people needing to be logged into the Trumba Account simultaneously regularly then, of course, you would need to get a second subscription. But, this is a cost versus preferred workflow that you will need to work out based on what is right for your organization.
Hope this helps. At this time, we do have special pricing for non-profits or churches. But, we do have a number of churches and non-profits who use our calendar service.
Thanks again for your interest in Trumba's online calendar service.
Best wishes,
Anne / Trumba Support
