Is this site compliant with HIPAA standards? Also, in terms of security. It seems, by reading other suggested post, that the calendars are safe and private as long as the proper selections are made at the time of publishing. Do these selections need to be made each time the calendar is updated or do they stand as the default setting until changed?

Thanks

Hi Vic,

Welcome to the Trumba Support Forum.

We've been asked about HIPPA compliance before by someone interested in doing patient scheduling, but unfortunately, we are not HIPPA compliant. I will add to request to our feature request list.

If you publish a calendar with a password, then it will stay published with a password even if you update the calendar. However, you do have the option, at any time, to mix that particular calendars events in with any other calendar that you publish (without a password). You'd want to be careful about publishing, sharing and emailing, if you are concerned about keeping all the events on the calendar private. If it is just an event or two, then marking those specific events as private would be an additional level of protection.

Hope this helps. Thanks for evaluating Trumba OneCalendar!

Best wishes,

Anne / Trumba Support
