I'm getting the following error when trying to change my main account email/log-on:

"New email address is already in use. "

What can I do?

Hi t67,
I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. We can look into it behind the scenes. Could you please send:

• The current sign-in address (the one you want to change).
• The new sign-in address you're trying to change it to.

by email to support at corp.trumba.com. Please send the email from one of these two email accounts and also CC: your other address. Thank you, and again, I'm sorry for the trouble. We'll figure it out!
