i'd really like to use your service but when i try to sign up for a free trial OR to buy a new account i get sent to

& told "Your Trumba OneCalendar subscription is already up to date and is not yet up for renewal."

Hi getzlerl,
It sounds like one of your attempts to sign up as been successful and that you actually have an account. Are you able to sign in to the account? Just to clarify, to sign in to your account, you have to first click the blue Sign In button in the upper-right corner of the Trumba Home page. That takes you to the page for signing in to your existing account.

I hope I understood this correctly. If you have an account and are able to sign in, but you're trying to purchase a subscription and getting an error, please let me know. I'm sorry for the confusion!

i do understand your reply. thank you so much for your prompt assistance.

however, that doesn't seem to be the case, as i requested a "Password Reset Email" & received "The email address entered was not found."

I am also having the same problem. I've never even been to your site before; today was the first I've heard of you. I get the same error as described below.

When I click on "buy a new account", it simply goes back to the same screen:

Your account is already up to date.

Your Trumba OneCalendar subscription is already up to date and is not yet up for renewal.

· Buy a new account.
· Return to your Trumba OneCalendar.

Tried disabling NAV, thinking that might be a problem, and starting in a new browser window -- no effect.

Just an update, we did have a glitch with being able to sign up for new free trials. It was taken care of, as of this morning. Hope anyone affected will try again.
