Can trumba send and email or a text message when an item has been added to the calendar?

Hi again, dsfs,
You can do this by setting up a distribution list for your calendar and sending email manually when you make a change to your calendar. Or, if you set up regularly scheduled email, you can choose to have email sent any time there's a change to your calendar. If you make changs to your calendar multiple times during the day, though, you'd want to be careful with the automatic updates, because you probably don't want to be triggering calendar emails to people several times/day. You might want to just do it manually at the end of the day, for example, or when you make a change you know you want people to know about immediately.

Oh, sorry I forgot to address that! No, this is just through email. The only SMS messages you can send are reminders to yourself (or whatever phone number you put in the account settings). We do have a feature request logged to be able to send text messages (and email reminders) to others, so I'll note that there's another request for it.
