In regards to a recent posting by Lee I am in the same predicament at the moment and have only one day left of my free trial. As things have been hectic have not had the opportunity to seriously trial what impacts the free versus professional version would have on my situation.
Lees last question I believe was not addressed and have attached following.......
Finally, if I select Free from my trial . . . then decide I want to go with the paid version, will I still be able to take advantage of the special pricing offer? I might want to see how my account changes with the free version . . . them maybe decide then to upgrade with the special price. Let me know.

Well, I can't really add much to the reply I gave to Lee in this post, which includes a link to the Help topic that describes the current differences. If you go to the free version, you'll lose sharing features and CalendarSync (for syncing with Outlook). In addition, if you publish a calendar, it will show a Trumba banner on the bottom. Unfortunately, if you choose to go to the free version, there isn't a way to get you back onto your $39.95/year track.
