I'm back. Nearing purchase (still the best product around) of one Pro Accnt with ~ dozen sign-ins. Part of the initial training and setup of existing events I envisioned a telecom with multiple users all logged in to their account. If we all edit (add) events to the single Top level Calendar (sub-calendars not really applicable to each individual), will they all be saved without incident? All cautions I see imply this is doable.

Welcome back, Dan,
I'm glad you still think Trumba is ok. :) I'm sorry, I can't tell for sure if by "dozen sign-ins" that you mean everyone is signing in with separate Pro accounts (one full-price and the rest at $29.95) or if all of you are signing in using the same email address and password (same Pro account), so I'll cover both scenarios.

Different accounts
The event changes on the same calendar will be saved if each person is signed in with a unique account and the calendar is shared among all of you. To see each other's changes while you're all signed in, you just need to refresh your browser window.

Same account
If you're all using the same sign-in at the same time, a couple of things:
• As long as two or more people don't edit the same event at the same time, you should be ok, however,
• Although the changes should be there, you might have problems seeing each other's changes while you're signed in.
• I have to add a disclaimer that this approach isn't officially tested or supported, so if you do have problems with event changes not being saved, they might be something we can't fix on our end.

I hope this helps!

Thanks Jill -- Separate accounts (doing it the right way)

I guess I should have asked the obvious related quesiton too:

... What about publishing during concurrent editing? Will the last to publish capture all changes? Sounds like it should be no problem.

Speaking of training ... do you offer a hand-holding telecom training option?

Hi Dan,
Yes, you're right about publishing. If the person who's publishing wants to be extra sure that he/she is getting all events, he/she could refresh the page just before clicking Publish.

Good question about the training. We don't have any programs set up now, but this area is something we're currently working to iron out. What's your time frame, if you don't mind me asking?

Will train in next couple weeks. All ready to go live by 5/12
With ~12 users, can imagine lots of Qs I have not looked into ... probably in personal calendar space.
BUT, for me the site has enough useful help that they can self-train also.
Thanks

Ok, Dan. You'll probably learn pretty quickly once people start firing questions at you. :) If you get stuck, we can at least point you in the right direction.
