Converting one of f free calendars to paid account

I have a school calendar which I created. The school likes it. Trumba support said they ahve a tool to convert the one old free account to the new paid account so the team can work on it. They said I should create the new account which I have done and then email them with the accounty info and they could convert the old free account to the new. But the email addrress Support at Corp.Trumba.com rejects my message to tell them about the new account so they can convert it and I can get the new team up and running. Anyone know how to contact them?

We did get your message but have a couple favors to ask.
a. Could you/we edit your message to change our email address so it can't be harvested to by spammers. If you could change it to Support at corp.trumba.com that would be great!
b. You can PM confidential information that relates to a thread (if you want to send us your email address, log files for example - but not passwords or credit card info) if you let us know on a forum thread to look for it.
c. If you have the bounced message, would you be open to sending it as an enclosure in another message or the contents in a PM so we can figure out what your mail server reported as the issue.

Are you getting my emails answering your questions about my account. I get receipts back saying it went to your systema dn was received but no response after that.
