We have a small group of volunteers that give time to monitor access to a private lake during summer months. We used the trial subscription last summer very successfully. After the three months, we paid the then $39.99 annual fee. But we won't have the funds to continue to cover the full increased subscription at $99.99. After reading the new decriptions of the account types and scanning through the forums, it seems to me we will do fine with the free account. We would like our volunteers to have the option to enter additional time slots if they chose, but as long as they use the same user name and password as they are currently doing, seems like we are fine with the one free account. We do not share with other calendars. Am I wrong? What am I overlooking?

Hi Judy,
You are exactly right; as long as the people you want to make edits to the calendar use the same user name and password (and you don't need to share), you will do fine with the one free account.
It may take a little effort on your end to make sure people aren't trying to edit the calendar at the same time. But if this set up is already working for you, the Free version should continue to meet your needs.
