Hello,
I want to use Trumba for my company calendar and I need information regarding cost of Trumba Proffessional, it is $99.95 per year, in order for me to share this calendar with fellow employees what are the additional costs for about 10 other users? Some would need to have editing capabilities where others would only need to view events but the users would also like to sync their calendars into their palm. If half the employees used the free basic trumba would they be able to share calendars and sync with the ones that have the subscription? or does every employee need to subscribe?
(Also, when scheduling and mixing events, how can I or someone else, be alerted if an event conflicts ie if mary was scheduled for an event July 1st and then scheduled for a different event that same day, how does Trumba alert or protect?)
Thank you for your time,
Trish

Hi Trish,
Anyone in your group who would need to edit calendar information, share their calendars, or use CalendarSync with Outlook (we only support synching between Trumba and Microsoft Outlook), would need to buy a copy of the Professional version of Trumba, which is $99.95 for a year or $9.95 per month.
Those in your group who would only need to view the calendar and don't need to sync with Outlook could use the Free version. If you don't mind some people who want to edit the calendar to have access to the same account, they could just all sign in to the same account, provided only person is signed in at the same time. So, you might consider some combination of Pro and Free accounts with several people sharing sign in information.
We currently allow multiple events to be scheduled at the same time and there isn't a way to monitor/disable it. If you were to use the event submission form, you could choose to approve or disapprove certain events, thereby preventing double-booking. This feature of course would make the most sense if you are publishing your calendar and need visitors to your Web site to submit events.
Thanks for your interest in Trumba,
