I have read through a few of the posts regarding this subject.

Trying to implement Trumba within a company is hard to do when multible people need access. The pricing - $99 or free, just does not work. Charging the $99 for each user, even for casual updates just isn't reasonable. What happened to the $29 a year for additional users? To me, the $29 was reasonable.

For me, I have about 8 people that would/should update calendars, I'm not going to pay $99 each since they would only access it once or twice a month, so instead I have to try to come up with some silly process to prevent logons at the same time, and Trumba misses out on $232 per year? :o

How does that help the customer or Trumba?

How about charging a higher initial fee, say $175 a year, then the $29 for additional users?

I vote for a new pricing plan....

Hi innovativethinker. Thanks for your comments on our pricing structure.

We are actually reviewing it now and will definitely take your comments into account.

Connie -- I'm glad to hear that Trumba is reviewing this issue. Have any decisions been made?

I find myself in a similar situation as innovativethinker. Being in a University setting, I have one or two people that would make many changes throughout the year, but several other people only need to add to or update the calendars several times a year. Additionally, I'm sure that as word of the new calendaring system spreads, many more departments would want to host their own -- but with limited ability to pay the $100 fee.

It'd be a much easier decision for me if the pricing was more reasonable for our situations.

Thanks!

Hi OnlineComm.

Thanks for your additional comments on the pricing issue.

If you have a couple of people who update all the time and then a few others who would only need to update a calendar a few times a year, the second group (very infrequent updaters) could certainly sign in using the frequent updaters' email address and password. You want to make sure that two people aren't changing data at the same time but for such infrequent updaters, it is certainly fine to share sign in information.

Okay, now that you will soon be charging me $1,200 a year, will I have the ability to have multi user access?

Hi innovativethinker,
There's not a yes of no answer to this. Sharing still works the same way, but if you are interested in setting up Trumba for multiple users, it would be best to talk someone to our Sales dept. about how it would work for your particular organization.

Hi innovative thinker.

Check out our pricing page. We do now have editor accounts. If you have a full Trumba Connect subscription, you can purchase additional editor accounts for $30/month.

As Jill indicated, you do have to contact Sales about purchasing those accounts at the moment.
