Back key takes users off site

Recommended Posts

Hi

I realise that the back key is an issue when using AJAX type javascript but surely you can do something to fix the annoying feature where it takes my users off site when they use it within a calendar.

If a user clicks on an event to see the details and then wanting to go back to view the calendar and they click on the back key instead of clicking on the Trumba supplied link to take them back, then they leave the site altogether. This is really confusing people.

Could you either disable the back key or better, get it to work as expected. I use Gmail from google and they seem to be able to get the back key to function correctly, can you guys do that too?

Great product by the way.

Thanks Equest Admin

Hi Equest Admin,

Thanks for your nice comments about the product. I see what you mean about the Back link, and I'll be happy to log your comments in a feature request. I'm afraid I don't have any suggestions for how to change the behavior, but if I find out anything, I'll post again. Sorry I can't be more helpful at the moment.
