Does Trumba support meeting scheduling option, where an user can schedule a meeting like in MS Outlook (with Exchange server).

Will the user be able to look at everyones free/busy time and proceed with scheduling a meeting and send invites to all

The features you're thinking of aren't really what Trumba does well. The way you'd schedule a meeting is with the Event Invitation and RSVP features. However, there isn't a free/busy feature that will allow you to see others' available time. You could set up sharing with everyone to see others' calendars, but it would require purchasing a Trumba Editor account for each person in your group, and that could add up.

Our current focus is in providing a way for people to publish events to the Web for public (or select audience) consumption, and to provide a way to integrate our active calendar into your own web site.
