If I add an address to a Group in the Address Book, it adds to the address book. If I remove it from the address book, it remains in the Group. If I remove the email address from the Group, it remains in the address book. Behaviour I'd expect is when deleting from the address book, that it removes from all dist lists. Guest Adam Posted December 20, 2006 Report Share Posted December 20, 2006 You're correct on all of the functionalities you cited, and I can tell you that those actions are working as intended. Thus you are using it correctly and it's not a bug. For customers with multiple large distribution lists, it could cause problems if a removal from their address book automatically removed them from all distribution lists.
