Customize search and filter result messages

Recommended Posts

For a calendar embedded in my Web page, which uses URL parameters to filter the events that are displayed, is there a way to customize the messages that appear in the yellow box which reports search and filter results?

For an example, see

http://www.washington.edu/alumni/clubs/nyc_new.html

and

http://www.washington.edu/alumni/clubs/richmond_new.html

For the Richmond page, is there a way to change the text so it says something less daunting than "No events match your search criteria"? Perhaps something like "There are no events currently scheduled."

Thanks!

Hi John D.B.

This is a great question. I'm sorry to say that this message is not customizeable at the moment, but I'll be glad to mention this to development. There's a lot of customization to be done still, and this one makes sense for your situation for sure.

On another note, it seems that either the forum is or I am being a little flakey this week. There are a bunch of messages that were posted Tues. and Wed. that I'm only seeing today! Did you see yours appear immediately? I haven't been on since Wed. afternoon and it wasn't visible to me at that time. Whatever the reason, I apologize for the delay in response.
