Cort 0 Report post Posted April 12, 2007 hi - i'm trying to download backups as csv files. i go to export on the main calendar page (lower left) and get the page where i can download the csv and ics file. i press csv, get the download window, save the file. open the file but it's empty (no data). exact same thing happens with ics files. i saw the post about the ics file address, but haven't tried that yet. is this a common issue? is it easily corrected? thanks! CK Hi Cort, This isn't a common occurrence. I have seen it once before but I was able to export the CSV and ICS successfully for the person who was having an issue.
