Error message when adding event

Recommended Posts

Guest freelysd

I've already entered events on my calendar. I am signed in. I enter all the information on the add page and when I try to enter it as 'ADD" at the bottom of the form, all I get is an error page.

How can I add events ???

I've had the exact same problem getting an error message after attempting to add events.

Is it something with Sharing? I don't think so because the calendars I create do not have the "sharing" button that seemed to be the problem in another case where the error message came up with events.

Since there is no sharing button I'm wondering if there is some other problem

It sure would be nice to be able to get started.

Hi freelysd and Paula,

I'm sorry you both are getting an error. Are you still getting this error today? It sounds like you know how to add events correctly if you've done it before. If you're still getting the error, can you tell me what the message says? Also, is that the only thing you're having trouble with? Are you able to create a new calendar and mix calendars together without a problem? Does anything change if you change the view you're using? Are you able to try this with different browsers to see if a particular browser is causing the problem? When you create the event, in the Owning calendar setting in the upper-right area of the page, does it name the correct calendar?

I'm sorry for all the questions. I don't know why you'd have this trouble, and I hope we can resolve this quickly!
