The campus secretary manages the primary (whole campus) calendar, while the athletic director's secretary manages the "Sports" calendar. Anne Posted July 1, 2006 Report Share Posted July 1, 2006 As long as each secretary has a Trumba Account, you give out sharing rights for each calendar to each Trumba account holder. The Athletic secretary may only require a Trumba Editor account, so the Campus Secretary would have the Publisher account and would share the Sports calendar with the editor account with the right to "Add, Delete, and Change content". https://www.trumba.com/help/share/sharehowto.aspx Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
