dtsipian 0 Report post Posted August 7, 2006 Is there a way to create an event so it shows up on the calendar BUT only allow the invitees to see the details of the event? ie Shared Calendar shows that there is a Concall to discuss something and reflects that it's busy but only the invitees can see the concall info to be able to attend the call. Anne 0 Report post Posted August 7, 2006 When you set up the event and you are inviting people to register and/or using Open Sign up, you can set up a Success Message. In this area is where you can enter in the Concall details and other information that only should be displayed to the person only after they register. Any text added to the Success Message is automatically added to the Registration Confirmation email.
