Cort
I'm trying to download backups as CSV files. I go to export on the main calendar page (lower left) and get the page where i can download the csv and ics file. I press csv, get the download window, save the file. open the file but it's empty (no data). exact same thing happens with ics files. Nancy
When you export a calendar from Trumba, the export will only contain events OWNED by that calendar you are exporting. If the export is blank, that is an indication that the calendar you exported does not own any events. You may have sub-calendars or other calendars mixing in to the main published calendar which own events, so you can export each of those sub-calendars. What you can also do is export that top level published calendar by going to Publish>Feeds tab and then locate the CSV feed. You will notice a URL that will allow you to export this published calendar and it will export all events that are mixed-in to this published calendar. https://www.trumba.com/help/export.aspx
