Guest
Does Trumba support meeting scheduling option, where a user can schedule a meeting like in MS Outlook (with Exchange server)? Then allow the user to look at everyone's free/busy time and proceed with scheduling a meeting and send invites to all?
Jill
The features you're thinking of aren't really what Trumba does well. The way you'd schedule a meeting in Trumba would be to create an event and then attach registration/sign-up for this event. Each person would then have to register for this event and after they have registered for the event, they can add the event to their Outlook calendar. We do not have a free/busy feature that will allow you to see others' available time. You could set up sharing with everyone to see others' calendars, but it would require purchasing a Trumba Editor account for each person in your group, and that could add up. Our current focus is in providing a way for people to publish events to the Web for public (or select audience) consumption, and to provide a way to integrate our active calendar into your own web site.
