simonlilly Posted May 24, 2006 Report Share Posted May 24, 2006 I'm using the Performance Schedule layout for publishing Calendars as the date format is reasonably UK friendly. During the Publishing process I choose to remove the Description field from being published and this works well, apart from when an event date is clicked on. The page that loads with the event detail displays the Description field. I need to stop this happening as personal information is stored in this field. Jill Posted May 24, 2006 Report Share Posted May 24, 2006 Unfortunately there isn't a way to keep the Description field from displaying in the event details. The default event fields are all published with your calendar. You can create your own event fields in which you store personal info that you can choose not to include in the published calendar.
