Paul
I currently have a subscription list and would like to start using Trumba. I first need to know what Trumba does when an email address fails to be sent to one or more subscribers.
Jill
If Trumba has trouble delivering to an email address in your distribution list, you will see two red exclamation points next to those recipients' email address in your Trumba address book or distribution list. This indicates that we have attempted to send that email three times, however the email was rejected by the receivers email client for some unknown reason. Typically it is because that email client may have a spam filter in place. We urge clients to add trumba.com to their safe list. A user may also have completely opted out from emails coming from trumba.com and when that happens, the email address will have a red x on top of an envelope icon.
