Frank Posted August 30, 2006 Report Share Posted August 30, 2006 I noticed that there are fields for Submitter name, phone and email address on the event submission form; however, I don't see these fields available to be placed on the calendar with the event when the event is displayed. Jill Posted August 30, 2006 Report Share Posted August 30, 2006 The built-in Submitter Name, Email and Phone number fields are hidden fields and are only for the event approver to view in case they need to contact the submitter for additional information before approving the submitted event. What you can do is create your own publishable custom fields for this information such as "Contact Information" and "Ticket Email Address" as these may be different than the submitter information provided.
